Refund Policy

• A refund is accepted when review and verification confirm a technical defect in the product or service that prevents its use as described. The amount paid for the affected product or service will be refunded.
• To submit a request, contact store support with your order number, a description of the defect, and relevant screenshots or recordings so the issue can be examined and verified.
• Once the defect is verified and the request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.
• This policy applies to digital products, custom orders, and commissioned development. Refunds are not accepted for a change of mind, misuse, or failure to meet the stated operating requirements.
