1) عام
- جميع المنتجات رقمية ويتم تسليمها كما هي (As-Is).
- إتمام الشراء يعني الموافقة الكاملة على جميع الشروط.
2) التراخيص والاستخدام
- جميع المنتجات مرخّصة لسيرفر واحد فقط.
- التراخيص مربوطة بعنوان IP واحد.
- يمنع نقل أو بيع الرخصة أو المنتج.
- يمنع التعديل، فك الحماية، أو الهندسة العكسية.
3) الحقوق الفكرية
- جميع الحقوق الفكرية محفوظة لـ Prime Store.
- أي استخدام غير مصرح به يعرض صاحبه للمساءلة.
4) إساءة الاستخدام
- أي محاولة تحايل أو اختراق تؤدي إلى إيقاف دائم دون تعويض.
- المتجر غير مسؤول عن الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام.
5) التعديلات
يحق لـ Prime Store تعديل الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
سياسة الاسترجاع
جميع المبيعات نهائية ولا يوجد استرجاع مالي
- لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب بعد تسليم المنتج.
- المنتجات الرقمية غير قابلة للاسترجاع.
- الطلبات الخاصة أو البرمجة حسب الطلب غير قابلة للاسترجاع.
- أي نزاع دفع غير مشروع يؤدي إلى حظر دائم.

- Any attempt to bypass protections leads to permanent termination.

Refund Policy
All sales are final - No refunds
- No refunds after delivery.
- Digital products are non-refundable.
- Custom or commissioned work is non-refundable.
- Fraudulent chargebacks result in permanent bans.
